1936 Riley 9 Merlin JC 3504 with preselector gearbox

This car has now been sold and is now in West Yorkshire

There is a bufflog book and this shows that the car was originally used in North Wales.
Not much more history is known, but the car has had some restoration some years ago.
In recent times (or mileage) it has had the propshaft replaced and the brakes overhauled.

The car works well apart from the electric clock, and the fuel gauge which needs the occasional tap before it registers a reading. The handling and braking performance is really good which allow one to get a reasonable move on, which makes up for the relatively low power performance of the Riley 9 engine in this steel body.
